january has brought one thing...snow...and a lot of it!

 

 

 

 

 

 

a holy jolly time.

december was a busy month...but isn't it always!?

taylor had her holiday recital which was amazing of course.  she and her friends danced to "you've got a friend in me" and melted all of our hearts.  i mean look at that little hat! 

christmas was spent at the beach this year and was a magical time.  sister came home from hawaii, joel and ashley were there, grammy & grandpa who both turned 91 this year spent the holiday with us. mom and dad hosted a beautiful christmas and dan and glenda joined us.

a merry christmas was had by all.

A look back.

Thanksgiving this year was spent with the Dearinger Family in Vancouver.  Bryan, Courtney & Calvin flew over from D.C. and we had a chance to meet our little nephew in person finally!  Taylor & Ryder loved playing with their new cousin and we of course loved having an entire week with everyone.  We got to see Monica & Sophie, watch the play Pinkalicious and spend time with family and friends...it was a time to be thankful.

 

a new beginning.

After being notified that I had reached my photo limit on my previous blog I decided that meant it was time for a new beginning.  I started my first blog when I was 5 months pregnant with Taylor, she will be 5 in April.  Of course I reached my photo limit...what is a blog without pictures!?
So here we go.  A new beginning.  Life has changed so much since my first blog post over 5 years ago.  Living life in The Big, 2 kids, running a design business from our home, Ryan in his 3rd year as an Associate Professor at EOU, new house, new dog, new car, new friends, new family members.  In short...lots of changes.
